We value our clients who have trusted us to deliver their construction project, so our involvement doesn’t end at Practical Completion.  An extensive Handover File is issued, detailing all the key information on each element of the property, and a full Home Demonstration is carried out by the Project Manager, alongside a representative of any specialist teams involved. 

At this stage we invite our client (or the client’s representative) to carry out a snagging inspection of the property.  Once the client’s snag list is received and reviewed, if any remedial works are required they are actioned under the direction of the Project Manager.  Following the completion of any snagging works, we stand by our responsibility to correct any fault which may possibly occur within our defect liability period.  Our Project Manager will arrange for corrective works to be carried out, appropriate to the nature of the reported defect, in a timely manner.
